By accessing or using the Véraison AI website, hardware products, or software dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

2. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, proprietary algorithms, hardware designs, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Véraison AI (Pty) Ltd and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Véraison AI.

3. Data Ownership and Usage

While Véraison AI collects and processes environmental and agricultural data from deployed hardware nodes, the specific agronomic insights generated for your estate remain confidential. We reserve the right to aggregate and anonymize raw telemetry data to improve our machine learning models and overall platform performance.

4. Hardware Liability

Our hardware is designed for agricultural environments, but Véraison AI is not liable for damages caused by extreme acts of nature, unauthorized tampering, or improper installation. Predictive insights provided by our platform are to be used as decision-support tools and do not replace professional viticultural consultation.
